One of the installations we are most proud of recently is the addition of a sliding rooflight to a west London penthouse flat in Elgin Crescent.
The owners David Connor and Kate Darby were aiming to revamp the look of their property and add more natural light to rooms below and decided on an electronically-operated full sliding skylight. The retractable area of the roof light also slides over the fixed part.
Natralight's high-quality thermally efficient roof-lights meet all the latest Building Regulation requirements. With an in-built telescopic sliding mechanism, the skylight can support its own weight when fully opened. This also means there is no need for further roof penetrating supports or roof tracks.
